  • Suggested minimum lead-time on submissions is 14 days prior to effective date
  • Quotation turnaround time is 48 hours after receipt of complete submissions.
  • Quotations are transmitted to agents via email. Proposals will include all coverage components, limits, premium and cost summaries.
  • Quotations will also include instructions allowing for binding upon receipt of the request at Braishfield.
  • Policies are processed immediately after receipt of binder request.
  • Within 10 days of binding, the following information is required:
    • Original EPLI application signed by the Insured
    • State-specific Broker's Certification of effort (Affidavit of diligent effort).
    • Other documents as specified on the proposal.
