Manufactured Home/Recreational Vehicle Park Program

  • Three years ownership or management
  • Buildings no more than 25 years old
  • Smoke detectors in all dwelling units and common areas
  • Certificates of general liability must be secured from any commercial occupants, and from all contractors prior to hiring them for onsite work
  • All buildings must meet life safety codes
  • Mobile homes must be skirted and / or on solid foundations
  • Streets and roads must be in good condition with paved or gravel surfaces
  • Park rules outlining the responsibility of tenants and management are in place
  • Management must conduct regular inspections of premises and keep inspections reports on file
  • Primary occupancy must be residential
  • Available – AL, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, TX
